give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
keep child well hydrated with water
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello in summer it is normal for kids and everybody to sweater lot and just make sure to give fluid well for the child so that the child is will hydrated even when the child is sweating more which would be better and absolutely nothing to worry about
