Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother to be most fibroids don't grow while you are pregnant but if it happens it most likely will be during your first 3 months that is first trimester that is because the bride's need a hormone called estrogen to grow your body produces more of it when you are pregnant
