Hello doctor..can we use ghee and jaggery for 7months old baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. good to use jaggery after 8 month. now you can give ghee. Better to use home made ghee if possible. Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA, fatty acids, vitamin.
