Hello Doctor, Can we introduce Puffed rice to 9 mnths baby boy as it contains little salt.. is it ok to feed baby? Can we give Dates to the baby?

give him 3 meaks and 1 snacks a day and continue breast feeding or formula feefing in between meaks abd on demand.
