hello doctor.. can thyroid be cured permanently or it goes to lifetime??

A. Hello there If you get a thyroid disorder once in your lifetime then it will stay there for a lifetime. It can only be controlled and managed. There is no permanent cure

A. hi mom it depends upon ur history and examination findings if it was diagnosed during pregnancy u molight not need life long therapy so u need to consult with your doctor
