Hello doctor Can I start doing exercises regularly I am looking too fat after delivery my heap, stomach and thighs are looking too bad

A. yes thrte s no harm yo do any exercises if u had a normal delivered but of c section then waur till the six months are iver abd then olsn it

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. so till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. avoid taking processed oily spicy food maintain good hygiene
