Q.

hello doctor , before pregnancy I was 95Kgs , after conceiving due to sickness and continue ness vomiting till 5months I reduce weight some where and I was 78 later vomiting stop and I started gain weight as baby was growing in tummy and my weight was 92 on 34 weeks of pregnancy , but here after delivery am on same weight , no increase or decrease . please help me with this

A. well this post par tum weight loss is very tough.try to est less.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if you want to reduce weight then you have to follow a strict routine of exercise and yoga. do yoga planks nd Surya Namaskar on daily basis.. also have more salad and fruits in your lunch nd dinner. and avoid oily, junk and packed food. take care
