hello Doctor, at what age DTP or DTap +ipv , has to be given ?? my daughter is 4 year 10 months old , 11th month is running, she will turn 5 year old on July 17th , my pediatrician told to come any time in June , does number of week matters , can I go this week or should I wait ? kindly suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination.
Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before then also you should givhtvde this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine.
