hello doctor am getting wrist and thumb pain 7days after delivery,now it is 2months

A. you need to take calcium supplement and get yourself exam in ones with orthopedician for this and if required you can talk to your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.
