Hello doctor am 26 yrs old..am experiencing black stool nearly 2 weeks till now... what is the reason for black stool? is this any serious complication? am so afraid of this... pls clarify

It could be due to iron supplement if you’re taking any because iron has a tendency to make the motion colour black it’s with everybody whether it is a child or an adult and sometimes it could be associated with indigestion or some food that you have eaten and has led to colour change in case of any doubt you can check with your doctor
