Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise fogr muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give phroper breastfeeding to the baby whichh will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

use a fitted comfortable bra...
belly fat start with some exercises or yoga or brisk walking
restrict the sugar and sweet intake
avoid oily and spicy foods
