U Definitely should consult a dermatologist in this case because from where I see it the things are very normal and common with a woman after the delivery because they suffer with hormonal in balance which is why you see all these things happening pigmentation hair for all this is a very normal but are the proper treatment it will be pretty much good so consult a dermatologist ones
