mam,hair fall is one of the common problem after delivery.
it is caused by hormonal changes.
so to prevent and cure it :
--massage your hair gently with lukewarm oil before your hair washes to improve circulation and increase hair growth.
-- you can drink Amala juice or apply pure amala oil to strengthen hair.
--include dry fruits and flaxseeds in your diet.they are rich in Omega 3 which will help to promote healthy hair growth
--drink plenty of water.
