Hello Doctor, After 3 month from my c section delivery my milk production get stopped so what should to do for that to stimulate my milk production becoz I want to feed my milk to my baby at least 6 month

YoginiGuardian of a 4 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello Good Morning dear,you should fallow the well diet chart add liquid in that .and other thing is you should not stop the feeding to baby even milk not coming after every half an hour you have to feed baby .

it best to massage your breasts with coconut oil which will help to stimulate your milk glands.
along with this ,you should offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
