PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...give water after every meal...give three times meals and two proper snacks now...give milk in between...give more importance to food then milk now...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup, eggs- started at eight months as no allergy issues), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
