hello doc what is laryngomalacia and is this common in babies plz tell me my baby is gaining weight but has retractions on neck and sometimes spitting up

A. Softening of tissue over the vocal chords and it becomes better over the period till that time it is not chronic or something you don’t have to go for treatment or surgery so your doctor are going to give you further advice on the issue that is there
