Hello Doc My Weight was around 74.30 kg when my pregnancy started. I am in 7th month now and my Weight is 78.40 kg. Is it normal or should it increase more?

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi this is normal . for overweight females. total weight gain should be 8 to 10 kgs. In the last 2.5 months, the weight increases fast. so this is normal. eat foods like sprouts. egg whites, pulses, curd, milk, nuts , vegetables for good nutrition
