hello doc my son is just 2 and half year old n is having tiredness and muscle stress wat to do wat to give him other than healthy food can u please suggest something

A. hi mom try to give good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu add a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits add nuts powder in milk
