Hello doc my son having stomach ache from last 2,3 days and he is also having constipation please suggest me wat to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. digeplex syrup for indigestion. constipation is very common in babies most of the times due to less intake of water and liquids better to give fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits to the baby to avoid constipat
