hello doc.my son 28 month old, but wo 2 words hi bolta hai.samjhta sb hai but wo jyada bolta ni hai.jaise usse bolo mamma ko pyar karo to cheeks touch karega, mosquito bat de do to dega.but bolta ni hai amma,and cow ,cat ko dekhkar hat hat bolta hai.i m so worried.mai usse bat bi karti hu

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come.
try to avoid tv mobile laptfop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.
