hello doc my new born baby spits curdled milk after every feed and sometimes even complete milk. iam also concerned whether my milk is sufficient for her. she is 1 month old.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom and spitting of milk is quite common among babies as it is mainly due to reflux action. And hence it is advisable that while feeding with the help of your palm, elevate the baby head a little that way, the flow of milk will be good also take care of your diet as to what ever you it will have a direct effect on the quality of your feed so prefer only easy to digest food and which are mildly flavoured and spiced.
