Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might be causing sensitivity and allergy and clean with simple water and you can apply coconut oil and if the problem continues beyond one week then meet your doctor
