hello doc my daughter is 7 years old ,she is a national player of karate, her skin colour is going dark what i do for lighter skin.plz suggest.

A. Use mama earth sunscreen lotion whenever you are putting your child into the exercise as an even for training or for the final tournament secondly start giving a bath to the child with a mixture of raw milk and white bread every day that’s going to help in reducing down the tanning
