hello doc My daughter is 3years old. she is not eating anything. her stomach is like full of gas.. please tell me what to do.

Give gastica drops to ur baby to get relief from gas. Secondly
Give natural appetizers like coconut water,jeera water ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby. This will help to boost hunger.
Also give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food
