Q.

Hello Doc My baby was having loose motion from past 1 day. And today he had fever above 99.4. So we gave paracetamol drop 0.8ml post feeding. After 2 min he vomitted milk. So should we wait for next session or give it again.

A. if he vomitted the syrup you can repeat again In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
