hello doc my baby is 4 months 26 days old n her present weight is 6kgs n her birth weight is 2.35kgs kindly suggest if it's an ideal weight gain or not... very much concerned

A child should gain minimum of 500 g and maximum it can go up to 1 kg if you look at as per the minimum weight gain also your child is very very well as per the birth weight of your child so this is going good the way you are feeding please continue with that
