Hello doc My baby is 4.1 weeks old. He has something whitish in his upper gum right side. I want to ask what it could be? Is there anything to worry? He is also irritated from 3-4 days. Iam attaching picture for reference.

Its An absolutely normal thing because maybe a child is in the process of having its first teeth which is why you can see your white poor thing over there and sometimes when the eruption is almost in the process of happening also you can see things like this in gums that’s very very normal
