Q.

Hello doc ! my baby is 3 months old baby boy and I m confused about the quantity of milk (ml) how much ml should I give him in 1 time ? he drank 125 ml and sometimes demand for more so I m giving him right amount of milk ?

A. you have to go for demand feeding that is whenever the child feels hungry and the child wants more milk you can add more milk to the diet of the child and do intermittently burping to decrease the gas in the stomach

A. also m worried about the burping issue ..is it necessary to burp aftr every feed because at daytime he gives burp easily aftr feed sometimes he don't and sleep just aftr feed and at night he took the feed and back to sleep without giving burp and after 1 hour he is too uncomfortable and when I took him he gives burp .is it normal what should I do ??

A. For three moth baby 60-90ml will do. Also follw the feeding schedule feed baby every 2-3 hours during the day time. It's important to do this. And night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep
