Hello Doc, my baby is 2.6 months old . He is not talking much. He is very much active. He points fingers to the things which he wants . He can identify A- Z and 1-20 and colours and shapes. also he imitates gestures..but he is not talking much . please suggest

A. If your child understand every thing that means there is no issue with the speech also because you’re saying that your child is in talking much that means your child can talk but not much so in this case looking at the age of the child and understanding I would one time recommend you that you should get it checked with a speech therapist because if any therapy is required then the doctor can advise you on that basis after examining the child percentWrite Your Answer Here
