hello doc my baby is 1 month 16 days old he is not passing his stool he is passing urine 10 times or more than that in a day he is burping properly aftr every feed he has much gases which smells very bad please reply me is he safe

mam, usually it is normal for newborns to not pass stool up to 7 days.
so nothing to worry.
please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
give Massage to your child regularly.
use Babyhug massage oil for this.
