Hello doc my baby has gone under vaccination 10 days ago and redness is there and hardness is also felt where injection was injected. What is the reason for this.

A. this is common following DPT vaccine sometimes can be sterile abscess also bfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
