Hello doc.. my baby girl is 4.3 years old..she complains several time of anal itching.. i personally mantain her hygiene and change her garment twice a day.. what may b the cause? Any medication needed?

A. Hi, give adequate liquid like buttermilk, water, coconut water. If baby has any urinal infection, liquid is the best option. Continue maintaining hygiene. And wash regularly. Make sure to wash before putting her to sleep.
