hello doc , my 7 month old baby accidentally eat some ants..what to do now should I need to visit a doctor

A. clean the oral cavity of the child and wait and watch. if there is no vomiting then there is no need to worry but if vomiting occurs then you can give vomiting medicine and then meet your doctor. whether poisoning or any problem will occurx or not only time will decide and the doctor will give symptomatic relief with the help of antacid medicines. whether any laxatives are requiredx or not will also be informed by the doctor. try to give easily digestible food to the child and regular fluids

A. Yes of course u need to visit your doc one time and that’s what is very important as your chuld has eaten ants and crest any problem to the child so it’s very important that u should visit your doctor for further assistance they will have to check your child and accordingly they can help you
