with growing age it regresses and goes inside
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is noxn complicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

This is actually looking like Ambalal hernia to me which is not something you need to be worried about because there is something which is very very common with an early age you just need to consult your paediatric accordingly they’ll be able to help you with right medication and treatment to follow
