hello doc.....meri beti ko fever aa rha 4 to 5 days se .... NS 1 dengue positive hai....uska platelets caunt 1.5 lakh Aya.....uske 2 days bad platelets caunt 2 lakh Aya.....uska fever nhi ja rha doc....kya krna chahie mujhe

A. During the time of Delhi the platelet count really come down so you can check with your doctor if you can give juice of papaya leaves to the child that helps a lot you can get Iron supplement started and any other thing whatever would be required currently a doctor would be able to give you best guidance maybe they’ll hospitalise your child for proper treatment
