Four months old baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby. You have to feed your baby in every two hours gap on baby should take a feed for 20 to 40 minutes at a time. And if your baby is not taking this much milk at a time then you have to repeat the feeding in less time
