hello doc I'm pallavi now I'm 7th month pregnant I want to know can I eat sesame seeds during 7th month or ignore it

Hi Sesmr seed is a very very healthy to have but a lot of women have this kind of confusion they have it or not but as far as I know you can have sesame seeds but still I would advise you to consult your gynaecologist once at least will be hundred percent sure about it it
