Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean, tofu.)
Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily
Take healthy diet.
Take vegetables and fruits as much as u can
