hello doc, I am in 33weeks present and in my recent scan I found that my baby weight is 1.9kg only. can you please help us to increase the weight of the baby. and estimate the average weight of the baby by the time of delivery. thank you

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. The estimate of the baby should be above 2.5 kg and you can improve your protein intake like have sprouts and start raking mama proteinex twice a day in milk and focus on eating a balanced nutritious diet and stay hydrated
