hello doc, i am 28 weeks 2 days pregnant and my baby weight came 1105 gm. as per doctor its abnormal high weight. is protein powder intake increasing the baby weight? what precaution should i take?

A. please attach your report to get a better idea. baby weight depends on lots of factor eg: if you are of good built and healthy, your baby can also inherit the same if weight is coming more you should be screened for gestational diabetes mellitus plus there is huge variability in range of weight. dont think protein powder is causing more baby weight. have a balanced diet, get regular antenatal checkup and usgs
