Hello doc can you suggest me which time i should give paracetamol she has fever since yesterday

A. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and she is having a fever since yesterday so if it’s more than 100 degrees then give her syrup calpol 1.5 ml three times a day and frequent breast feeding
