Q.

Hello Doc. As per the growth chart my son's height is not even 94 cms and he is 4 yrs old. I know height majorly depends on genetics. We have average height so obviously we don't expect our son to be tall but is there something that I can do so that he atleast is average. Any food item that helps in increase in height or some exercise of his age? Thanks so much πŸ™

A. No such food item is going to increase the height of your child it has to be a proper balance new dishes that that you have to focus upon and when you are talking about exercising or something then I would definitely advise you to put your child into swimming that’s going to be very helpful
