hello doc, am Amina, am Mother of 4 kids & am 41 now. doctor, I get several pain pre menstrual cycle and during the menstrual cycles since the age I attained puberty. .. I have extreme , giddiness, bleeding, back ache is like labour pain. ... is there any solution? please advise. thanks.
