A. Best is to start with Dal and rice water that you can give at least for 3 to 4 days then you can swiftly go for Suji Kheer Upma Halwa and fruits and vegetables bureau these things are going to be good you cannot add salt into the food of your child and along with that you should add necessary spices required and then you can shift all kind of dairy products and porridge and khichadi can also be given
