Hello, Can you let me know red snapper (Sankara) fish safe ? My son is 3 months old and we have been eating the fish twice a month.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. When a mother eats fish, the mercury in the fish can be passed into her breast milk. However, the benefits of breastfeeding may be greater than the possible adverse effects of exposure to mercury through breast milk. Eat a variety of fish. If you eat fish caught by family or friends, check for fish advisories .
