Q.

hello....... can wr eat cabbage after c- section..... or else it will causes gassiness in newborn through breastfeeding??

A. good to avoid cabbage, as it may causes gases. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products, Processed package food.

A. actually you should avoid cabbage cauliflower chana dal rajmarg chole kale chane.. as it cause gas and constipation issue.. keep your self well hydrated. have balanced and healthy diet.. take care..
