ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. hello dear mum , why u feel breastmilk not enough baby is passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr , active alert gain proper wt then milk is sufficient introducing top foid before 6 mth complete can further reduce milk supply
