give food like Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed foorm.
Give wheat Dalia, raab, curd rice.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
