Hello Blessed with baby girl in feb 2021. Birth weight was 3.6kg. Today I checked her weight at home using adult weighing machine it come 6.5kg ( though it is adult weighing machine). Is it normal weight gain. Baby is on purely BM. Pls advice should I start FM pls also tell me how to introduce bottle feeding

A. Dear parent, weight of 6.5 kg is a normal weight for your 5 months old baby, do not worry. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Do not give formula. Also, avoid bottle feeding as it can be a source of infection for your baby.
