Hello, at my 4th month of pregnancy miscarriage happened. what are the food I need to take and for how many days I need to take rest. my doctor has given some tablets that I am taking. please suggest how much gap I should take before next pregnancy?

That the gynaecologist will be better to guide you as she is been observing you.
You can take rest according to it atleast for 2 to 4 weeks . And take gradually healthy diet some soft food and mild flavoured
